
For better or worse, an icon. EXCEPTIONALLY high carbonation, crisp with a slightly mineral taste that leans towards sodium and magnesium. It has spread like wildfire across the US the past couple of decades, starting largely with a stronghold in Texas (more specifically Austin, at least from my perspective). I personally find the carbonation a bit too aggressive but can respect those who get down with it and am generally pleased to see a decent mineral water gain serious traction domestically.
