This beauty was designed and built in 1961 by S. Merendino and B. Williams of the USC School of Architecture. It has unobstructed views of the San Gabriel Mountains, Pasadena City Hall, the Rose Bowl, and Brookside Golf Course.
Better than any of those things in my opinion though, is that it brings some serious Hollywood Hill case study/view energy to the infinitely more livable Pasadena. Sweeping views in Pasadena are very difficult to come by ESPECIALLY outside of severe fire zones and for under 10mm.
Side note - this house is staged terribly, which often means better pricing for buyers. Take note if you're on the fence!
