Designed by architect William R. Stephenson c. 1964, this Encino MCM has been in one family for 60 years and it shows (in a good way). Beautiful lot, end of a cul de sac, one mile walk to Ventura — this is a beautiful house that needs next to nothing to be its best self after moving in. Though cute, I'd probably get rid of the kid's handprints in the concrete bricks wherever that is in photo 33.
