Maybe this is just me but how cool is it that a house built in 1960 is number 1960 on its street? Designed by Neutra protege Marvin Berman, this Trousdale estates gem is iconic. Stupid beautiful landscape architecture from Chad Waterhouse, an astounding pool, and so, so many unique spaces. It feels cohesive but could also serve as ten different houses depending on where you happen to be standing or facing. This is what I would imagine the most luxurious boutique hotel of Palm Springs to look in 1960 or even what Don Draper's LA bachelor pad would look like just after selling his idea to Coke following the end of the series.
