Getting the obvious out of the way up front, such a huge portion of this specific part of this specific neighborhood was lost to the most recent fires. I don't think it's as ill advised to move back as others might suggest though living there during reconstruction will be brutal. I expect this to go well below its otherwise fair asking.
All of that being said, imagine telling people you live on tell'em drive? How cool. Pretty much everything else about this house is astounding as well. It's situated in such a way that it feels like you're on top of the world. It's exactly as much square footage as any sane family could ever yearn for in a city. Every element is subtle enough to let the architecture, lot and views do the talking. Porthole window. Outdoor shower. I wouldn't be surprised to see this as a lead's house in the good place.
