Uncle Boons was a highly acclaimed, Michelin-starred Thai restaurant in New York. Beyond its fun atmosphere and legendary coconut sundae it was an exceptional restaurant in a city that is suspiciously light on exceptional Thai.

The good news I suppose is that the legend of Uncle Boon's mostly lives on at the owner's newest venture — Thai Diner.
