The mineral springs of Saint-Geron have a long history, going all the way back to the Gallo-Roman time. It has long been recommended as an aid in the treatment of anemia, digestive problems, diabetes and even gout. Its lovely bottle was created by painter and designer Alberto Bali.
It has an expressive body, sweet up front and salty in the back. It has a light, fine-bubble carbonation, silky mouthfeel, and clean taste — with an almost faint mintiness.
