Sourced from the Lofoten Islands in northern Norway, north of the Arctic Circle, Lofoten pulls from an open lake surrounded by high mountains on all sides. The water is renewed by melting ice and snow all year from the surrounding mountains and the pure rain during summer. If that doesn't paint a majestic picture I don't know what will.
The water has amazing purity, noticeable texture, and cleanness. A soft and smooth mouthfeel is crisp and clean, much like the landscape it comes from.
Delicate carbonation, very low mineral content and ultra crisp. As you might imagine its incredibly difficult to access source leads to exorbitant pricing.
