What a value!! There is not much I would change about this well preserved pistachio beauty in my favorite part of town (far west Pasadena), and on a non through-traffic looped street to boot. You get everything great about Pas but you're blocks away from Eagle Rock and less than five driving away from Highland Park. I think this goes for at least 250k over ask and it'll still be worth every penny. Low key if I had the cash I wouldn't post this and I'd submit an offer.
