"a steadfast adherence to an opinion, purpose, or course of action in spite of reason, arguments, or persuasion"

For all my people out there who get the ick from pushovers, here is your love language™️. Who doesn't love a good intellectual sparring with a partner? A lot of people? Okay, fine. I believe there are a huge number out there who want to be challenged, who want to debate and not just for the opportunity to win someone over — but really as a more engaging and enthusiastic means of hearing and being heard. As an added bonus, if you yearn for opinionatedness, chances are you and your partner both have pretty firm understanding of self.
