Wake & Late | Infatuation Score: 8.0 | SW Score: 8.9

I wholly recognize this will be a divisive take. Wake and Late gets a ton of hate for high prices, gentrifier energy and ever shifting ordering norms. I agree with and accept all of that. However, they have a truly sublime breakfast burrito and somehow ALSO have incredibly well made bagels with interesting flavors and homemade cream cheeses (+honey butter) to boot. This is a small miracle of an elite one stop breakfast shop.

Highlights:
Any breakfast burrito with a cilantro crema side is really something else
Bagels are a significant step up from most bagel-only spots

Lowlights:
I do think a slightly larger burrito would go a long way.
