Beyond having a mind blowing history (check the linked wiki article) Doyers Street has an insane 'banger per storefront ratio'. This tiny street, basically an alley, hosts the iconic 100+ year old dim sum temple Nom Wah Tea Parlor, the many award winning bar Apotheke, an absolute scene of a two floor restaurant in a former opera house Chinese Tuxedo, the unpretentious classic Tasty Hand Pulled Noodles and a lovely newish wine bar in Lei.
